Professor Sadagopan, Director of IIIT-Bengaluru, is a product of Madras University, India and Purdue University, USA. He taught for 25+ years at IIT Kanpur, IIM Bengaluru, IIT Madras and IIIT-Bengaluru in addition to teaching assignments at RUTGERS, USA and AIT, Bangkok.

Prof. Sadagopan has authored seven books, several book chapters and papers. He consults widely across different industry segments -Auto, Banking, Social Sector, and lectures extensively on all aspects of IT at industry events and universities in Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia. He is a Fellow of IEE (UK) and Computer Society of India. He was the Chair of IEEE Computer Society, Bengaluru Chapter. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, ACM and AIS.

Prof. Sadagopan has / is been a member of Boards of several Companies and Universities – IIIT Dharwad, IIIT Gwalior, IIIT Delhi, Jain University, Dayanand Sagar, IBAB, Bank of India, NMDC, BEL, NSE to mention a few. He serves / served as Member of Karnataka Knowledge Commission, Chief Minister's Vision Group on IT, NASSCOM Regional Council, Indian Electronics Semiconductor Association (IESA) Executive Council and ACM India Council.

Dr. Suresh Jain is a serial Biotech Entrepreneur with an impressive track record of building world class organizations and fund raising.  He is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Intonation Research Laboratories - a premier drug discovery and services company from Boston, USA and Hyderabad, India.  Prior to founding Intonation, he has co-founded, Acylin Therapeutics in 2010, Rekindle Therapeutic in 2018, Virna Therapeutics in 2020 and Altissimo in 2021.

Dr. Suresh obtained a PhD degree from All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), subsequently obtained Post-Doctoral training from Cornell University. He served as faculty at Tufts University Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Harvard Med. School). Besides his professional endeavors, Dr. Suresh is associated with Sangh since his childhood, a passionate social worker and associated with several community organizations in America and India.

Dr. T.R. Madan Mohan, is the Managing Partner of Browne & Mohan, a management consulting firm with offices in India (Bangalore, Mumbai), and partner offices in Singapore, Canada and USA. Prior to Browne & Mohan, he was Director - Consulting, Frost & Sullivan for India, South Asia and Middle East. Before joining Frost, Dr. Mohan was Associate Professor (Technology & Operations) at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM – B) for over a decade. He also holds adjunct professor positions at Eric Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Canada and, Brisbane Graduate School of Business, Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

Dr Mohan is a Board member with Progressive Infotech Pvt Ltd, Quest Informatics Pvt Ltd, Maveric Systems, Atarw Technologies and Savic Technologies. He served as independent Board director on Centre for Cellular & Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP). He sits on board of advisory roles with multiple companies including Srishsti Software, Paama, Centilytics, Collaborative Infotech, Corporate Bridge. Dr. Mohan is a member with IEEE Engineering Management, founding member of NASSCOM Product forum, member Operations Research Society of India and, founder treasurer, Society of Operations Management.

Bhaskar is a serial Entrepreneur and Management Executive with 25 years of experience in envisioning and building disruptive global products & technologies and, digital transformation solutions for startups and global consulting companies in India and USA. Bhaskar is featured as one of the ‘Icons of Indian IT’, a book written by Professor S. Sadagopan, Director of IIIT Bengaluru.

In mid 2017, the idea of SociallyGood was realized by Bhaskar and a team of entrepreneurs including Prasad A, Sadanand T, Umesh S, Gokul K and Aravind R. Bhaskar is the Founder & CEO of SociallyGood - the world’s first online engagement platform bringing together the main stakeholders of the social sector, including Non-Profits, CSRs and Individuals. As CEO of the online marketplace, Bhaskar is responsible for building and managing product ideation, market strategy, consumer experience and investment management.

Bhaskar’s tryst with technology and startups has been long and varied. He is the Founder & Managing Director of Aalayance Inc., a start-up specializing in Business Integration solutions, later acquired by HCL Technologies. He is also the Founder & CEO of GloMantra Inc., a startup developing Recommendation & Personalization Technology, and Smart Digital Assistants for the retail and entertainment industries. He worked as a Manager at Center for Strategic Technology & Research (CSTaR) for Accenture, Chicago and, as Principle Architect at TATA Motors, spearheaded the development of Turbo Analyst, a CASE tool – India’s first packaged software product for global markets in 1991.

Along with his corporate journey, Bhaskar has always been working with social service initiatives. In 2007, Bhaskar founded the Manavoori Seva Samithi (MaSS -Muchivolu), a socio-economic-cultural NGO for holistic development of villages in Andhra Pradesh. Bhaskar holds B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, and Master’s degree in System Science & Automation from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.

Venkatesh Murthy is the Founder & Executive Director of ‘Youth for Seva’ - a forum pioneering nation-wide volunteering movement that inspires youth to volunteer and become selfless change agents in the society.

In FY 2018-19, YFS has inspired over 60,000 youth volunteers and touched lives of 2.70 lakhs of beneficiaries with many social programs including Child Development programs, Health initiatives, Sustainable Living programs, and Thought Leadership initiatives. After completing his B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT, Suratkal, Venkatesh worked for 15 years with IT industry in India and USA. Apart from professional engagement in USA, he was actively involved with many voluntary organizations like SEWA International and Balagokulam in USA. He took time off for two years and volunteered full time in West Indies (Trinidad and Guyana) working with children and youth addressing the issue of teenage suicides among Indian origin youth. Venkatesh has been mentoring many NGOs across India in their organization development initiatives and has nurtured many young changemakers to start their own social service organizations.

Ramesh Bhutada is one of the pioneering Businessmen and Philanthropists in USA. He is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Star Pipe Products – a leading manufacturing company from Houston, Texas, USA. Prior to founding Star Pipes, he has worked with Racal Systems Ltd, and Texas Instruments Inc. He holds a B.Tech from BITs Pilani, and MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in International Finance from USA.

Ramesh strongly believes in giving back to the community and caring for those in need. He is actively involved in various volunteer organizations specializing in Health, Education, Youth and Yoga. He serves as member of Board of many organizations including SEWA International, USA – a pioneering nonprofit social service organization specializing in disaster relief and rehabilitation across the world.
